Your jewelry should keep up with you. Every Mira & She piece is made to last and is backed by our Lifetime Warranty.
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
Our warranty protects you against manufacturing defects from the moment your piece arrives. If any of the below occur under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it:
- Faulty clasps, hinges, posts, or closures
- Chains or links that break due to a manufacturing fault
- Abnormal tarnishing/discoloration or plating failure (beyond typical patina)
- Stones that loosen or fall out due to a setting defect
- Excessive surface defects present on arrival (beyond light wear from handling)
Our promise: If a replacement ever shows the same defect, it’s still covered under this same lifetime warranty.
What’s Not Covered
- Lost or stolen items
- Intentional damage, misuse, or damage caused by third parties
- Wear and tear from improper care (e.g., chemical exposure, harsh abrasives, swimming, or impacts not consistent with normal wear)
- Normal signs of use: light scratches, minor surface marks, or gradual patina
- Items altered after purchase (engraving, resizing, soldering, third-party repairs, or other modifications)
- Non-jewelry items and promotional gifts
Examples of misuse/excessive wear: jewelry bent out of shape from force, deep gouges, plating degraded by bleach/chlorine, or pieces damaged by tools.
How to Make a Claim
Navigate to our Return Center here, and have available the following:
- Your order number (or proof of purchase)
- Clear photos of the issue from multiple angles
- A brief description of what happened
We’ll review and share next steps. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection before completing a repair or replacement.
Important Notes
- Claims without photo evidence can’t be assessed.
- We may decline claims that show misuse/neglect, don’t meet the warranty criteria, or appear fraudulent.
- Any modification to the original product voids the warranty.
