What materials are your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is crafted from high-grade 316L surgical stainless steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to tarnishing. This metal is also hypoallergenic (suitable even for sensitive skin) and does not easily corrode or rust. In addition, many of our pieces are plated with 14k gold using a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process, which creates a thick, long-lasting gold finish over the stainless steel base. This means you get the luxurious look of gold jewelry combined with the strength and low-maintenance of stainless steel, ensuring your pieces are built to last.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes – all our jewelry is hypoallergenic and designed to be safe for those with sensitive skin or metal allergies. We use 316L stainless steel (often referred to as "surgical steel"), which is nickel-free and tolerated well by most people. This grade of steel is the same type used in medical instruments, so it’s very unlikely to cause any irritation. Will the jewelry tarnish or fade? Can I wear it in water?

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Absolutely. We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewelry. This means we stand behind the quality of our pieces for the life of the product. If your item ever has any manufacturing defects or issues with the plating (for example, if it were to tarnish or lose its color), we will replace it free of charge. Our lifetime warranty ensures you can purchase with peace of mind – in the rare case something goes wrong, just contact us and we’ll make it right. (Normal wear and tear or accidental damage might not be covered, but any problem due to our craftsmanship or materials is fully guaranteed.)
Do you ship internationally?

Please note that for some remote regions there might be limited shipping options, but generally we ship to most countries without issue. How long does delivery take, and is the shipping tracked?

We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, and then the transit time is about a week (depending on your location).
